Our extensive Life Groups network of over 70 groups exists to provide everyone at New Peninsula Church with an opportunity to find a nurturing spiritual home in a small group environment. New Peninsula Church is a large, diverse Christian community but we believe that finding a Life Group (home group, cell group) that suits each person is a vital ingredient for helping each person to belong and to grow.
The young families of New Peninsula Church are a growing community who are excited about connecting new families into the church and empowering our parents to take God’s call to disciple our kids seriously.
New Peninsula Church is home to a large, diverse network of men. Retirees, young adults, fathers, grandfathers, surfers, farmers, businessmen and students, all who are serious about connecting with God and each other.
New Peninsula Baptist Church is home to hundreds of dynamic and diverse women, passionate about life, their families, their jobs, their community and living for Jesus. We also believe that women provide a fundamental contribution to the life and leadership of New Peninsula Church.
New Peninsula Church welcomes seniors and values their mature input to our faith community – input arising out of their life experience and years of journeying with God.
More than 300 seniors call New Peninsula Church their spiritual home and although aging, our seniors are far from ready to sit back and put their feet up, they are actively engaged in every facet of church life.
Lets Create (Women’s Art group) at New Peninsula Church, Mt Martha. This is a weekly Art group where we can have fellowship and fun together. Our role is to gather all of God’s creative people to worship Him, build up the church and to creatively communicate God’s love to the world.

New Peninsula Church has a number of dynamic mission partnerships both locally and around the world. These partnerships have been forged over many years and during this time we have seen profound impact in the regions we have supported as well as our own people who have been involved in visiting, supporting and being a part of the various works.
People engage and participate in this community at different speeds and at different levels and volunteering on one of our ministry teams is a great way to link in and get involved.
For some people it helps them move from the mind set of ‘this is a place that I visit’ to ‘this is a place where I contribute and belong’. It’s not a matter of doing a job for the sake of it, rather using our unique gifts and talents to serve our God, His church and this great community in which we live.
